Sacchan is a children's folk song written in 1959 by Oonaka Megumi and Sakata Hiroo. Yano Akiko covered it on her 1979 album, Tokyo wa Yoru no 7ji. I think that the version she recorded for that album is especially moving

Tsutsumi Kyouhei's most famous songs include Iwasaki Hiromi's Romance, Ishida Ayumi's Blue Light Yokohama, and Pink Lady's UFO, among many others. Matsumoto Takashi was the drummer for Happy End, going on to write lyrics for countless famous kayoukyoku artists.
