Does it mean the so called "lossless" files are upsampled from lossy ones?

Perhaps fellow members just re-shared the files without knowing that.

Recording a streaming sound, clipping by increasing the gain, or applying a Replaygain...
But there was no upsampling ^^
These days, I only buy what I really need, and I mostly enjoy YouTube ^^

I wonder why the newly released enka songs are not in hires or SACD. I guess the reason may be attributed to that the market of the listeners still prefers CD. This means that fewer younger generation listens enka nowadays ...
